Hannah's Hope is proud to provide pregnancy services such as social counseling and safety items to pregnant women and new mothers in need throughout West TN. We provide free, confidential, compassionate counseling to pregnant women by meeting them where they are and without judgment. Thanks to the TN Strong Families Grant, we are now able to also provide pregnant women with items needed to keep their babies safe such as car seats, safe sleep kits, and safe feeding kits and breastfeeding supplies. We also assist in connecting women with community resources and encourage pre and post-natal medical care. Our goals are to help build healthy families by improving maternal health outcomes and decreasing encounters with foster care. 2025 brought more women to us than ever before, and we expect 2026 to be even busier. We cannot continue to meet the needs of all of these mothers without your donations.
Hannah's Hope still committed to also building healthy families through adoption, and we are proud to walk that journey with love and understanding. We provide support to both the adoptive family as well as the birth mother, realizing that adoption is a lifelong journey.
