Hannah's Hope provides FREE, confidential, non-judgmental pregnancy counseling to women throughout West TN. Join us as we celebrate our work and raise funds to continue serving some of the most vulnerable members of our communities, pregnant women in crisis and their children.

ALCOHOL WAIVER and RELEASE of LIABILITY FORM (“Release”)
In consideration of my decision to consume alcoholic beverages provided to me by the Released Parties described herein below, I (“Releasor”) do, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representative, assignees, and successors in interest hereby and forever waive, release, discharge, hold harmless, promise not to sue and promise to indemnify those companies commonly referred to as PCG Packaging, PCG Global Supply Chain, Arlington Station RV Storage, Casper Creek RV Park, Plenus Condico Group, H. Saga, Port Alliance, The Sherry’s Group, Hannah's Hope and any of their principals including Robert Wilson and their/its heirs, executors, administrators, legal representative, assignees, and successors in interest (collectively, ‘Released Parties’) from any and all claims, demands, losses or damages, suits, fines, including court costs and attorneys’ fees, for any injury, death or damaged property arising out of my acceptance and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages.
I acknowledge that as of this date I am at least 21 years of age. I understand that by choosing to engage in the consumption of alcoholic beverages, I do so of my own choice and volition and agree to drink responsibly. I understand that the Released Parties do not encourage or condone drinking or intoxication that would violate local or state laws. I am responsible for knowledge of and compliance with applicable local and state laws including, but not limited to, those relating to alcohol consumption in public and driving while under the influence.
I agree that if I, or anyone on my behalf, asserts a claim contrary to what I have agreed to in this Release, the claiming party shall be liable for any damages (including legal fees) or liability incurred by the Released Parties in defending such claim and agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties. I agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim for damages (including legal fees) or liability of any sort related to a third party claim that may in any way be connected to or arise from my personal decision to consume alcoholic beverages.
This Release may not be modified orally, and a waiver or modification of any provision shall not be construed as a waiver or modification of any other provision herein or as consent to any subsequent waiver or modification. Every term and provision of this Release is intended to be severable. If any one or more of this Release are found to be unenforceable or invalid, that shall not affect the other terms and provisions, which shall remain binding and enforceable. This Release and the provisions herein shall be governed by Tennessee law, and the venue of any related cause of action to enforce this Release shall be Shelby County, Tennessee.
By purchasing this event ticket, I confirm that I have read this Release and have signed it freely. I understand and consent to the terms of this Release and recognize that it is legally binding. I fully understand it to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent of the law.
